Wooden flooring compared with Ceramic/Stone floor


Compare wooden flooring with ceramic flooring.

      Your comment as I understand is from UK.
      For places like UK or broadly entire Europe and most of US or Canada, dust is not a problem. In the absence of dust, the frequency of cleaning is much less and relatively easy. For tropical countries like India or most of Asia, dust is a problem. And more frequent and rigorous cleaning is mandatory. We use soap water containing anti-bacterial oils to wash the floor. Obviously, wooden floor is not recommended for tropical places having floating dust in air.
      Also, cold is not a severe problem in Indian continent. Whereas, Europe and US are much colder. And dust is not a problem. Hence for these places wooden floor is better.

    Vitrified tiles have very low porosity (and water absorption), making them stain-resistant and stronger and more durable than Ceramic tiles. Therefore they are fast replacing ceramic tiles and are a cheaper alternative to marble and granite flooring.Master Concrete Epoxy
